Who We Are

A Practice Built on
Lived Experience

CoreVida Mental Health is a collaborative, integrative practice dedicated to whole-person healing. We bring together evidence-based psychiatry, trauma-informed therapies, and body-centered wellness — delivered with the rigor of clinical medicine and the warmth of human connection.

At the heart of CoreVida is a belief that healing and growth are lifelong journeys. We know that meaningful change often requires courage, curiosity, and a willingness to approach ourselves with compassion. Those beliefs shape not only the care we provide, but the values on which this practice was built.

Rooted in science and guided by our values, we believe every person possesses an innate capacity for healing. Research continues to reveal the remarkable adaptability of the brain, body, and nervous system, even after adversity. While no two journeys look alike, we believe that with the right support, connection, and tools, meaningful healing and growth are possible.

We specialize in serving individuals navigating complex trauma and those who have spent their lives showing up for others — first responders, veterans, entrepreneurs, and healthcare professionals. Whether you're carrying the effects of past experiences, navigating a difficult season, or simply seeking a deeper sense of wellbeing, our goal is to walk alongside you with expertise, authenticity, and respect for your unique path forward.

Our Approach

Medicine Meets the Whole Self

Healing isn't linear — and it isn't one-size-fits-all. CoreVida integrates the precision of clinical medicine with the depth of somatic and relational healing. We don't just treat symptoms. We help you understand your nervous system, rebuild your sense of safety, and find your way back to a life that feels like yours.

Clinical Precision

Psychiatric medication management and ketamine-assisted therapy delivered by a clinician with decades of critical care, emergency, and military medicine experience.

Body-Based Healing

Trauma lives in the body. Our somatic services and EMDR therapy work with your nervous system — not just your thoughts — to support deep, lasting healing.

Partnership in Care

You are the expert on your own life. Our coaching and counseling services are collaborative, client-centered, and built around your goals — not a checklist.

What We Offer

Services

CoreVida provides mental health services across multiple modalities — from psychiatric medicine to somatic wellness — all under one roof, all in partnership with you.

01

Medication Management

Thoughtful, precise psychiatric medication evaluation and management. Grounded in clinical excellence and attentive to your whole picture — not just a diagnosis.

02

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers a new pathway for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and complex trauma — administered safely and with therapeutic support throughout.

03

Trauma Therapy & EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for trauma. Our clinician is specifically trained in complex trauma presentations.

04

Somatic Services

Non-invasive, body-based practices supporting nervous system regulation, interoceptive awareness, stress reduction, and the connection between physical sensation and emotional experience.

Somatic services are supportive and educational in nature. They do not constitute diagnosis or treatment of medical or psychiatric conditions.

05

Health Care Coaching

A collaborative, client-centered process supporting self-directed health and wellness goals — including education, accountability, lifestyle strategies, and stress management.

Health care coaching is not the practice of medicine or licensed mental health services and does not include clinical decision-making.

06

Counseling & Integrative Therapy

Individual counseling rooted in trauma-informed, holistic frameworks. We integrate evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for your story, your pace, and your resilience.

Who We Serve

You've Spent Your Life Showing Up for Others.

CoreVida was built with specific populations in mind — people whose work and lived experience often make traditional mental health care feel inadequate or inaccessible.

First Responders

Firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement, and dispatch — we understand occupational trauma, hypervigilance, and the culture that makes asking for help hard.

Veterans & Military

We understand the transition, the invisible wounds, and what it means to carry a mission identity beyond service. You are more than your deployments.

Entrepreneurs

The weight of building something from nothing is real. Isolation, identity fusion, burnout, and high-functioning anxiety deserve more than generic advice.

Complex Trauma

Developmental trauma, relational wounds, chronic stress, and adverse childhood experiences — we provide specialized, trauma-informed care for layered healing.

What is ketamine-assisted therapy?

Ketamine-assisted therapy pairs carefully dosed, medically supervised ketamine with therapeutic support. Every session is administered safely with support throughout.

What is EMDR therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for trauma. It helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they lose their grip. Our clinician is specifically trained in complex trauma presentations.

Who do you specialize in working with?

CoreVida was built for people who spend their lives showing up for others: first responders, veterans and military, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating complex trauma. That said, we welcome any adult seeking thoughtful, whole-person mental health care.
